* Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree ( D3 atau S1) n Finance
* Min 5-6 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Management Consulting.
* Exposure in various M and A deals and proven track record in executing M&A deals
* Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skills (analitic PT Smart)
* Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
* Good presentation and negotiation skills is a must
* Willing to be posted overseas at the investment location of our PT Smart Tbk
